Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work shifts starting as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 2 a.m.
- At least one year of full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience
- Associate's degree in culinary, hospitality, management, or business preferred but not required
- State Food Handler's Certification
- Good standing for internal candidates, free of performance issues within the past year
- Willingness to work full-time (30 hours or more) or part-time (30 hours or less)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience
- Proven ability to follow recipes and maintain high quality
- Excellent knife skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Associate's degree in culinary, hospitality, management, or business preferred but not required
- State Food Handler's Certification
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and complete dishes to company standards with highest quality and craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area
- Prepare and cook ingredients with excellent knife skills and cooking techniques
- Adhere strictly to recipe standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
