Job Requirements
- must be 17 years or older
- ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic knife skills and culinary knowledge preferred
- must adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant kitchen or food preparation is a plus but not mandatory

Job Duties
- prepare food items by cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients
- adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules to ensure guest safety
- maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness throughout the shift
- monitor food quality and portion sizes according to company standards
- assist in receiving and storing food supplies properly
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- follow all health and safety regulations diligently
