Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- 1-3 years previous experience in professional kitchen environment
- Active Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Energetic personality
- Desire to exceed expectations

Job Duties
- Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods such as grill, sauté and fry
- Use knives and various kitchen equipment effectively
- Recreate and follow recipes accurately
- Maintain consistency in all food preparation
- Minimize food waste through cross utilization
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to create seasonal menus
- Prepare workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients including chopping and peeling vegetables and cutting meat
- Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
- Ensure proper storage of food and other items
- Be responsible for the quality of ingredients
