Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Station ready to work at scheduled time and in proper uniform
  • Maintain brisk and steady pace, organized with no unnecessary steps
  • Ensure 100% recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting with production
  • Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and perform portion control tests
  • Maintain kitchen and all equipment in like-new condition, practice clean as you go
  • Measure productivity by quality and quantity of completed work within specific time period
  • Demonstrate strong organization skills
  • Stock supplies before rush periods
  • Work collaboratively within a team
  • Maintain a safe working environment adhering to all OSHA guidelines
  • Practice safe food handling
  • Receive, rotate and stock food
  • Provide prep support as needed
