Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members

- Must comply with all food safety and workplace safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Station ready to work at scheduled time and in proper uniform
- Maintain brisk and steady pace, organized with no unnecessary steps
- Ensure 100% recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting with production
- Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and perform portion control tests
- Maintain kitchen and all equipment in like-new condition, practice clean as you go
- Measure productivity by quality and quantity of completed work within specific time period
- Demonstrate strong organization skills
- Stock supplies before rush periods
- Work collaboratively within a team
- Maintain a safe working environment adhering to all OSHA guidelines
- Practice safe food handling
- Receive, rotate and stock food
- Provide prep support as needed
