Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Ensure station is ready to work at scheduled time and in proper uniform
  • Maintain a brisk and steady pace with organized workflow and no unnecessary steps
  • Adhere 100% to recipe knowledge during preparation and production
  • Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and perform portion control tests
  • Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness and practice clean-as-you-go
  • Measure productivity by quality and quantity of work completed within specified time
  • Demonstrate strong organization skills
  • Prepare and stock supplies ahead of rush periods
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Maintain a safe working environment following OSHA guidelines
  • Handle food safely according to standards
  • Receive, rotate and stock food supplies
  • Provide prep support as needed
