Job Duties
- Ensure station is ready to work at scheduled time and in proper uniform
- Maintain a brisk and steady pace with organized workflow and no unnecessary steps
- Adhere 100% to recipe knowledge during preparation and production
- Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and perform portion control tests
- Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness and practice clean-as-you-go
- Measure productivity by quality and quantity of work completed within specified time
- Demonstrate strong organization skills
- Prepare and stock supplies ahead of rush periods
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Maintain a safe working environment following OSHA guidelines
- Handle food safely according to standards
- Receive, rotate and stock food supplies
- Provide prep support as needed
