Job Requirements

  • Experience with Italian cuisine and wood-fired cooking is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Elephante's recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
  • Ensure all food meets quality, freshness, and portion standards
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with chefs, teammates, and management
  • Support the team during service with professionalism and urgency
  • Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed
