Job Duties
- Prepare food by cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients
- Ensure adherence to safe food handling and cleanliness standards
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and quality food preparation
- Monitor food inventory and report shortages
- Assist with food presentation and portion control
- Follow recipes and quality standards consistently
