Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of experience as a line cook in a chef-driven, full-service restaurant
  • knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
  • proficiency with basic knife skills
  • ability to maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • ability to follow standards including food safety and sanitation and dish execution

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and portion controls
