Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of food service experience
- Preferred 2 years of food service experience
- Ability to follow detailed recipe instructions and dietary restrictions
- Compliance with food safety and HACCP guidelines
- Ability to perform routine cleaning and maintenance
- No certification or license required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food preparation for at least one year preferred
- Ability to follow specific dietary guidelines accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations including HACCP
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety within the work environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Prepare appealing and appetizing foods for patients, cafeteria and catered events
- Ensure special diet recipes are followed to meet patients' nutritional requirements
- Follow and comply with recipe guidelines and department operations
- Adhere strictly to food safety and HACCP guidelines
- Complete all HACCP documentation during food preparation
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Perform routine cleaning assignments
