  • Skills in food handling, storage, and preparation

  • Previous experience in a high-energy kitchen preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to Bamboo Sushi recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work stations
  • Assist in inventory management and proper food storage
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Support team members to maintain a positive work environment
  • Continuously learn and improve culinary skills, particularly in sushi preparation
