  • excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues under pressure
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet the demands of the dining operation
  • commitment to upholding food safety standards and following proper kitchen procedures
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • formal culinary training or relevant certification is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Set up your station and participate in food preparation, ensuring all ingredients and equipment are ready for service
  • execute cooking techniques to consistently produce delicious and visually appealing dishes, following established recipes and guidelines
  • display a passion for culinary excellence, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas to menu development
  • work collaboratively with the Chef or Sous Chef, following their direction while also demonstrating creativity and initiative in executing dishes
  • adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times
  • monitor inventory levels and communicate with the kitchen team to ensure adequate stock of ingredients, promptly placing orders for any shortages
