Job Requirements
- Must have a valid California Food Handlers Card
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organization and cleanliness
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to work full time including mornings 8am to 4 30pm or afternoons/evenings 2pm to 11pm and weekends including Fridays Saturdays Sundays and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including washing and chopping vegetables meat and fish
- Cook and present dishes according to chef's specifications including following recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including washing dishes and utensils and maintaining inventory levels
- Communicate effectively with other team members including the kitchen staff and management
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
