Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to perform kitchen duties
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Chop, dice, mince, and mix bringing precision to every task
- Prepare sauces, weigh and measure ingredients with accuracy
- Maintain ingredient freshness and mise en place at all times
- Grill, sauté, fry, bake, steam knowing your way around all cooking methods
- Cook proteins and vegetables to temp and spec every time
- Garnish and plate with finesse, making each dish camera-ready
- Execute recipes with consistency, and uphold our quality standards
- Keep your station clean, organized, and dialed-in throughout service
- Follow all food handling, storage, and sanitation protocols
- Minimize waste and manage your inventory smartly
- Communicate clearly and often with your fellow cooks and the chef
- Bring energy and collaboration to every shift
- Offer up ideas, problem-solve in the moment, and be ready to adapt
