Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high volume culinary or hospitality settings
  • Current food handler's card and any required certifications
  • Basic food and restaurant service knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel frequently
  • Ability to stand for the duration of shift
  • Ability to handle kitchen equipment and tools including hand carts, blenders, knives, and slices
  • Scheduled shifts based on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
  • Current food handler's card and any other required certifications by federal, state, or local law
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and restaurant service skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively relay operational information
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to the workplace culture

Job Duties

  • Create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment and demonstrating genuine hospitality and teamwork
  • Possess complete knowledge and ensure timely execution of all food menus and recipes including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by consistently preparing high quality menu items ordered by the guest
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
  • Support the culinary team by performing duties necessary to assist overall business success
  • Communicate operational information effectively with team members
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
