Job Requirements

  • 6 months of prep experience and at least 1 year of line cook experience
  • Experience with at least one of the following stations (fry, oven, grill, saute, pantry, pizza)
  • Open availability (preferably nights and weekends)
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
  • Follows health and safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.)
  • Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Work designated station and prepare menu items to company standards
  • Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate and work well with teammates and chefs
  • Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn
  • Learn and support other stations as needed
