Job Requirements
- one year prior prep cook experience
- minimum one year experience in food production in a high-volume restaurant or fine dining establishment
- ability to pass a skills test in food identification and cuts
- ability to pass an oral quiz
- cooking knowledge in soups, sauces, poaching, frying, and sautéing
- commitment to proper sanitation practices
Job Qualifications

- culinary degree strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare soups and sauces according to recipes
- execute recipe preparation with accuracy
- perform poaching, frying, and sautéing techniques
- maintain proper sanitation and hygiene practices
- assist with inventory and food stocking
- ensure timely and quality food production
- perform additional kitchen duties as assigned
