Job Qualifications
- Two years of work or related experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensure station is ready to work at scheduled time and wear proper uniform
- Maintain a brisk and steady work pace, staying organized and avoiding unnecessary steps
- Adhere 100 percent to recipes when prepping and assisting with production
- Perform portion control using scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and tests
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment with clean as you go practice
- Complete work efficiently with measured productivity and quality
- Practice excellent organization skills and stock supplies ahead of rush periods
- Work cooperatively within a team environment
- Maintain a safe working environment adhering to OSHA guidelines
- Follow safe food handling procedures
- Receive, rotate and stock food supplies
- Provide prep support as needed
