Job Requirements

Must be 17 or older
Ability to work flexible schedules
Must adhere to food safety and cleanliness guidelines
Must be able to stand for long hours
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
Willingness to learn and grow within the team
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Previous cooking experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety standards
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic math skills for portion control
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Prepare food using cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking methods
Cook various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation
Follow Red Robin recipes and portion standards
Provide free meal during each shift as part of the role benefits
