Job Requirements
- Must abide by company mandated health guidelines, protocols and requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Prior experience in a similar line cook role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked
- Cook and prepare simple components of each dish on the menu
- Report to the kitchen manager and follow instructions
- Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards
- Clean and maintain prep areas
- Stock inventory and supplies
- General cleaning
