Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a line cook or kitchen assistant
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout service
- Ensure every plate meets freshness and quality standards
- Follow all food safety and health department guidelines and practice proper hygiene and equipment care
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Assist with prep lists, labeling, storage, and minimizing food waste
