Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience as a line cook or kitchen assistant
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Physical stamina for standing and lifting

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout service
  • Ensure every plate meets freshness and quality standards
  • Follow all food safety and health department guidelines and practice proper hygiene and equipment care
  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service
  • Assist with prep lists, labeling, storage, and minimizing food waste
