Muckleshoot Indian Bingo is a premier entertainment and gaming establishment that has been an integral part of the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe's economic development since its inception on January 21, 1985. Starting from a modest bingo tent, Muckleshoot Indian Bingo has transformed into a sophisticated 55,000 square foot facility featuring two expansive floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and more than 500 of the hottest Vegas-style slot machines. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two years of cooking experience in short-order cooking specialties
  • ServSafe or Food Handler's Certification
  • Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently
  • Must be fast and organized in high-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum two years of cooking experience with emphasis on specialties such as short-order cooking of burgers, steaks, pastas, sandwiches, and breakfast items
  • ServSafe or Food Handler's Certification
  • Ability to manage and organize up to fifty line order tickets at a time

Job Duties

  • Cook, saute, broil, grill, fry, steam, bake, and wok cook meats, pizza, fish, vegetables, and other foods according to recipes at correct temperatures by regulating ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters on Line and expedite orders
  • Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking quality, tracking old and new items, and rotating stock
  • Set up and maintain workstation for next shift
  • Complete assigned station prep lists
  • Inspect, clean, sanitize, and maintain food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
  • Prepare, portion, arrange, garnish food, and present items per standardized recipes
  • Maintain waste, temperatures, and other health and safety logs and reports daily
  • Effectively communicate on the production Line
  • Maintain open communication with front-of-house and management staff
  • Follow all sanitation, health, and safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
