Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
  • Experience in food preparation or cooking preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly, dependable and team oriented
  • Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to learn and accept training
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties

Job Duties

  • Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
  • Cook proteins to various temperatures accurately and in a timely manner
  • Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
  • Communicate ticket times to Team members and management when needed
  • Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
  • Ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
  • Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
  • Able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards
