Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of related kitchen or food preparation experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion controls precisely

Job Duties

  • Ensure station is ready to work at scheduled time in proper uniform
  • Maintain brisk and steady pace with organized and efficient steps
  • Follow 100 percent recipe adherence during preparation and production
  • Perform portion control using scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards
  • Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness practicing clean as you go
  • Complete assigned production tasks efficiently meeting quality and timeliness standards
  • Stock supplies ahead of peak periods and assist team members as needed
