Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the shift
  • capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
  • work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • maintain neat, clean and professional appearance in accordance with dress guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • ability to clearly communicate with team members
  • self-motivated and disciplined
  • friendly personality with ability to work days, nights and weekends
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • safely and correctly operate all equipment
  • use chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • ensure products are stored properly in the correct location at appropriate levels
  • prepare and sell food that meets quality indicators and guest expectations
