Job Requirements
- must be 17 or older
- able to stand for extended periods
- capable of working flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must follow safety and hygiene protocols
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- good physical stamina and manual dexterity
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking or food preparation experience is a plus
- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- basic knife handling skills
- willingness to learn and follow recipes and kitchen procedures
Job Duties
- prepare food using cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking techniques
- cook various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients
- adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
- maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards
- ensure timely and accurate meal preparation
- collaborate with team members to meet guest satisfaction
