Job Requirements
- Full time (30 hours or more) or part time position (30 hours or less) with flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Normal shifts ranging from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. with variable hours
- Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant kitchen experience
- Internal candidates must be in good standing with no performance issues in the past year
- State Food Handler's Certification required
- Education combined with work experience will be considered
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred
- Proven track record of adhering to recipe standards
- Excellent knife skills
- Strong passion for high-quality fresh ingredients
- Ability to excel in fast-paced kitchen environments
- Proven teamwork and communication skills
- Prior full-service restaurant kitchen experience
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and complete dishes to company standards with the highest quality and craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area
- Prepare ingredients and meals with excellent knife skills
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and contribute to team success
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory management and kitchen organization
