Job Duties
- Prepare fried chicken, pies, sides, and biscuits with craft and intention
- perform kitchen prep, set-up, safety, cleaning, and breakdown duties
- assist chefs and head of house team as needed
- maintain clean and organized workstations
- operate kitchen equipment including knives and slicers safely
- adapt to a high-volume kitchen environment
- contribute positively to the team environment
