Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
  • Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure food quality and consistency in every dish served
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely meal preparation
  • Follow recipes and portion controls accurately
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
