Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness
  • Ability to follow recipes and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in grilling and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Efficient communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Superb knife skills are a plus
  • At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Cross-training and working in multiple kitchen stations, including salads, fry, grill, and expo
  • Preparing recipes as per menu standards
  • Following build guides for each menu item
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen
  • Fostering a friendly and cooperative team environment
  • Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Following safety and sanitation protocols
