Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to perform repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work weekends
Responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Ability to follow recipes and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

Experience in grilling and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen
Ability to work well with others
Positive attitude and enthusiasm
Efficient communication skills
Knowledge of food safety practices
Superb knife skills are a plus
At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

Cross-training and working in multiple kitchen stations, including salads, fry, grill, and expo
Preparing recipes as per menu standards
Following build guides for each menu item
Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen
Fostering a friendly and cooperative team environment
Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Following safety and sanitation protocols
