Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work weekends
- Availability for full-time shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and friendly attitude
- Positive attitude initiative and enthusiasm
- Ability to work well with others
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures
- Good communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-casual kitchen environment preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Cross-training and working in multiple kitchen stations including salads fry grill and expo
- Preparing recipes according to build guides for every menu item
- Ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Fostering a friendly family work environment
- Showing efficient communication and teamwork
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and completing special cleaning duties
- Preparing food items following safety and presentation standards
