Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- previous cooking experience in a fast-casual restaurant a plus
- physically required to stand up to 4 hours at a time, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- approximately 99 percent of time spent standing and/or walking
- must be able to present State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the time allowed for the specific State or County

- ability to learn and follow food safety and preparation guidelines
- strong attention to detail and high standards for food quality
- good physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- prepare farm fresh menu items according to specifications and high standards
- ensure compliance with food safety, portioning, sizing, packaging, and plating standards
- support speed of service goals to meet fast-casual restaurant expectations
- participate in hands-on training and complete online courses for skill development
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- stand, walk, bend, and lift as required during shifts
- collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest service
