Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of kitchen experience preferably high-volume
- Valid food handler's certification
- Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards

Job Duties
- Prepare dishes to meet guest preferences using full understanding of menus and recipes
- Maintain open communication with front of house team for seamless order delivery
- Assist in delivery storage, cooler organization, and stock rotation
- Maintain hygiene, tidiness, and cleanliness according to health codes
- Adhere to cleaning schedules, setup and breakdown procedures
- Follow health and safety guidelines and report hazards
- Report punctually in proper attire and hygiene standards
- Multitask effectively under pressure producing multiple orders
- Complete daily prep lists timely and per station standards
- Train junior team members and lead by example
- Encourage teamwork and positivity
