Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the restaurant industry
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift at least 50 pounds
  • ability to stand for up to 10 hours
  • strong communication skills
  • availability for evening shifts and weekends preferred
  • ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the restaurant industry
  • experience in banquet, fine dining, or private club preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly with management and team members
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of food items using kitchen equipment such as ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers
  • plate dishes according to DAC guidelines assuring proper cooking and presentation
  • complete station prep lists with direction from the Chef
  • maintain sufficient levels of food products for smooth service
  • adhere to all sanitation and safety standards
  • communicate clearly with management and colleagues
  • assist with cleaning and kitchen organization as needed
