Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the restaurant industry
- ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift at least 50 pounds
- ability to stand for up to 10 hours
- strong communication skills
- availability for evening shifts and weekends preferred
- ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

- ability to communicate clearly with management and team members
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food items using kitchen equipment such as ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers
- plate dishes according to DAC guidelines assuring proper cooking and presentation
- complete station prep lists with direction from the Chef
- maintain sufficient levels of food products for smooth service
- adhere to all sanitation and safety standards
- communicate clearly with management and colleagues
- assist with cleaning and kitchen organization as needed
