Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 years or older
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with all food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to Red Robin standards including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
  • Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness protocols
  • Ensure consistent quality and timely preparation of meals
  • Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill guest orders efficiently
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory when needed
  • Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment
