Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting as required
- Ability to work flexible hours including full-time or part-time schedules
- Commitment to food safety and quality standards
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to obtain State or County Food Handler Card as mandated
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Previous cooking experience in a fast-casual restaurant is a plus
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must obtain and present a State or County Food Handler Card within required time frame
Job Duties
- Prepare farm fresh menu items according to food safety and quality standards
- Ensure proper portioning, sizing, packaging, and plating of food
- Maintain speed of service goals through efficient work
- Follow health and safety regulations including proper food handling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Handle physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Participate in training and development programs
