Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in a professional kitchen
- ability to stand for long periods
- capability to work flexible shifts including mornings and early afternoons
- basic food safety knowledge
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

- operate char grills, flat iron grills, steamers, and friers safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area

- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- assist in receiving and storing deliveries
