Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Basic knife skills and familiarity with cooking equipment
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items using various cooking techniques including cutting, sautéing, broiling, and frying
  • Cook meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads according to Red Robin standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow safe food handling procedures
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering quality food promptly
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to manage inventory and prep work
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Assist with stocking and organizing kitchen supplies as needed
