Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and mise en place according to recipes and executive chef standards
  • execute cooking, grilling, sautéing, baking, and other cooking techniques to prepare menu items
  • manage a specific kitchen station ensuring timely preparation and delivery of dishes during service
  • ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet established standards before serving
  • adhere to food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
  • collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and service
  • assist in menu planning, development, and creation of new dishes under executive chef guidance
