- Proven experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds or more
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including guacamole, salsa, vegetables, etc
- Maintain a clean working area
- Ensure great presentation of dishes
- Work well as a teammate in a high volume, fast-paced, positive working environment
- Ensure all food items are labeled and stored properly
