- prior experience in a chinese or dim sum kitchen is an advantage
- those without experience but with a willingness to learn are welcome
- able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- assist chefs in preparing dim sum and other menu items
- carry out basic food preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
- support daily mise en place for kitchen operations
- help with steaming, pan-frying, and deep-frying under the chef's guidance
- maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, tools, and equipment
- ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of ingredients and finished products
- dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep work areas clean and organized
- adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards
- assist with kitchen opening and closing duties
- follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by the Head Chef or supervisors
- work cooperatively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
