- Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds or more
- Willingness to work on weeknights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients for cooking such as guacamole, salsa, and vegetables
- Maintain a clean working area
- Ensure great presentation of dishes
- Work well as a teammate in a high volume, fast-paced, positive working environment
- Ensure all food items are labeled and stored properly
- Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed
