Job Requirements

must be 18 years or older
ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
reliable transportation
ability to follow instructions accurately
good physical stamina
willingness to comply with health and safety standards

no prior cooking experience required as training is provided
ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
strong attention to detail
good communication and teamwork skills
willingness to learn and follow direction
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

prepare food following recipes and adhere to plate presentation standards
operate fry station, salad station, grill station, prep station as assigned
maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
follow safety and hygiene guidelines including local and CDC COVID-19 protocols
ensure punctuality and consistent attendance
collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service
participate in hands-on training sessions
