Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years kitchen experience working on the hot line is preferred
  • An ability to execute dishes quickly and efficiently while maintaining our high levels of sanitation, cleanliness and food safety
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain grace under fire and work well in a fast paced environment under additional layers of sanitary protections
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • The ability to read tickets quickly and prioritize and time food accordingly
  • High level of energy
  • A sense of urgency when needed
  • Excellent teamwork and a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Work in an exceptionally safe, clean and well-executed kitchen
  • Set up and stock station
  • Learn the recipes, preparation techniques and plate presentation for the dishes in your station
  • Ensure all dishes are executed, held and served according to the Chef's recipes and at the correct temperature
  • Clean and restock your station as necessary
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation at all times
