Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior kitchen or culinary experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Current Food Handlers Card
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Some prior kitchen or culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment highly preferred but not required
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Current Food Handlers Card
- Serve-Safe certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong knife skills

Job Duties
- Train in all prep and line cook procedures and standards
- Act in the capacity of prep cook to ensure shift readiness
- Oversee fryer and salad lines as needed
- Portion and prepare food items according to Burger Lounge standards
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Load and operate dishwashing machines regularly
- Prepare sauces, proteins, and salads according to recipes
