- maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
- collaborate with team members to manage and run a busy kitchen station
- follow all safety and food handling procedures
- learn and apply proper plate presentation techniques
- assist with stocking and inventory as needed
- support the team in delivering legendary food and service
