Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knife skills and culinary knowledge

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to menu recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist in inventory control and food storage
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation
  • Complete opening and closing kitchen duties as required
