- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1-2 years of relevant cooking experience
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- punctuality and reliability
- ability to understand and follow instructions
- ability to work under pressure
- basic knowledge of food preparation techniques

Job Duties
- assist the chef and kitchen manager in food preparation
- ensure kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
