Job Requirements

ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent attention to detail
capable of following instructions and recipes accurately
commitment to providing excellent guest service
physical ability to lift and carry kitchen supplies
legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and teamwork skills
willingness to learn and grow within the company
basic culinary skills and knowledge of cooking methods

Job Duties

prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
follow food safety and hygiene regulations
assist in inventory management and stock rotation
work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
participate in training and development programs
