Job Requirements
- Must take and pass all required training courses and assessments
- Ability to prepare food items following standard recipes within time limits
- Communicate effectively with team and leadership
- Ability to wash and clean raw food products
- Use fryer equipment properly and maintain hygiene
- Follow QR's and Jolt system processes
- Rotate inventory properly and log waste
- Maintain par stock levels and minimize waste
- Perform routine tasks under supervision
- Ability to clean work areas and dispose of waste
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
- Assist in training new personnel
- Flexible schedule and ability to fill in as needed
- Maintain high personal cleanliness
- Be a team player
- Obtain and maintain Food Handlers Certification
- 1-2 years' experience
- At least 18 years old

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification

Job Duties
- Prepare meals quickly, efficiently, and accurately as per Hawkers Asian Street Food standards
- Take and pass all required training courses and assessments
- Follow standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits
- Communicate with team members and leadership regarding order status and product availability
- Wash and clean raw food products
- Use the entire fryers timed cycle properly
- Maintain, filter, and use fryers correctly
- Follow QR's and Jolt system processes
- Rotate product according to "First In, First Out" standards
- Log and discard products not used by shift end
- Keep par stocks at proper levels and minimize product waste
- Perform routine tasks under leadership direction
- Clean work area, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware
- Dispose of food waste properly
- Maintain standards for food production, handling, cooking, housekeeping, sanitation, and safety
- Assist in training new and part-time personnel
- Show flexibility in scheduling and fill in as needed
- Maintain high level of personal cleanliness
- Be a team player and help fellow team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Obtain Food Handlers Certification and comply with OSHA and HACCP standards
- Have 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Be at least 18 years old
