high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience working as a line cook or in a culinary environment
availability for part-time shifts
ability to follow directions and work under supervision
physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen tasks
ability to multitask effectively
adherence to food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

set up station before service
prep food including chopping vegetables and butchering meat
cook food items according to menu and kitchen requirements
clean station and assist in cleaning other stations
stock and organize pantry and refrigerator
unload delivery trucks and store inventory
collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation
